WHAT'S WITH THE GUARANTEE???
Here is the GUARANTEE: 1. Every sound you hear on a song by Eddie D and the Guarantee comes from Ed Di Lello.
2. No digital or MIDI sequencing is ever used; instruments are played by Eddie D in real time. No insanely fast "drum rolls" from a sequencer. No "funk grooves" composed on computer and played by computer.
3. Pitch correction software used sparingly, and never across the board.
Generally, I am trying to make records using no more and no less technology than was used by the Beatles in the late '60s. A computer is used to record this music, but the computer doesn't play the music. A person does. Human voice. Human hands. For human ears.
